YL Exec Meeting

This was the exec's first meeting after Young Liberals Winter Conference 2021.

The Events Officer reported back about Winter Conference. It was YL's best attended conference ever, with nearly 400 sign ups
YL's conferences going forward were discussed, including plans for Summer Conference and hybrid conferences
Agreed to start co-option process for vacancies
Appointed interim Campaigns Officers
Discussed the finer details of our Zoom account and safeguarding training
Kicked off process for Constitutional Working Group voted on at conference
