i. Support the Executive with various ad hoc pieces of work, for example temporarily covering for other executive members and leading on specific projects;
ii. Carry out the roles of any executive members who resign their roles or are subject to votes of No Confidence for the duration of the vacancy, if practical.
Guy was brought up on the south coast, living in various places including Dorset, Devon, the Isle of Wight and finally Hampshire. He graduated from Exeter University in 2018 and qualified the following year as a chartered accountant. Following this, in August 2019, he moved to London to pursue a career in external affairs.
Having joined the party the day after the 2017 general election, he ran for council in 2018, coming second and more than quadrupling the share of the vote. He was previously the vice-chair and membership development officer of the Fareham LP alongside being the South Central Young Liberals chair. In London he currently sits on the Tower Hamlets LP executive.
