James joined the Liberal Democrats in 2018, after several years as an armchair campaigner. After becoming the Treasurer, then President, of the University of Portsmouth Liberal Democrats, he has become an avid campaigner and prospective community worker. Outside of work, James enjoys gaming and going for long walks in the countryside.
