Elections Officer

Bio: Josh joined the party in 2018 and graduated in History & Politics from Warwick University, where he was President of the Lib Dem Society (2022/23). Since joining he has helped his local party as its Data Officer, served as London YL Chair (2024) and worked for the party as the Campaign Organiser for North Cornwall during the general election. When he’s not involved in politics, he likes to travel, play netball and binge watch series. 

Executive Duties:

1. Coordinate Young Liberals action days in target seats, including setting a timetable for action days, communication with local parties, and keeping members’ attendance and morale high;
2. Run and coordinate the Young and Winning Scheme alongside the Elections Committee;
3. Support young members who are standing for election; and
4. Support the work of the Elections Committee in carrying out its duties.
