Bio: Ogazi joined the party in 2024. He is a current student at the University of Wolverhampton and chair for the University of Wolverhampton Students’ council 2024/2025. He also holds position as the leader of University of Wolverhampton Lib Dem society 2024/2025. Served as a volunteer for the local party in 2024 local elections before becoming the honorary president for City of Wolverhampton Liberal Democrats. His hobbies are football and politics.
Executive Duties:
- Work with the Accessibility, Diversity and Standards Officer to create a Young Liberals Strategic Response to the Alderdice Review, and implement this across Young Liberals.
- Attend all Young Liberals meetings and speak on matters relating to their role such as the implementation of the Alderdice strategy, and the plans and actions of other members of the Executive when it concerns or could affect minority ethnic individuals and communities.
- Liaise with relevant SAOs and AOs, especially LDCRE, to ensure Young Liberals is promoting an experience which is positive and inclusive for minority ethnic members of Young Liberals.
