Conference Attendees Voting on a Policy Motion

Young Liberals Make Policy

Members Make Policy

The Liberal Democrat Party are unique in that members take the lead in creating party policy on the local, regional, state and national scale.

As one of the largest Affiliated Organisations (AO) in the party, the Young Liberals have strong influence across the party in passing policy, and pass our own policies at biannual Young Liberals Conferences.

Young Liberals Shaping Liberal Democrat Policy

Young Liberals have a strong reputation of being a key policy-making force in the party. We have worked with members, local, regional and state bodies, AOs, Parliamentarians and many more organisations to shape Liberal Democrat Policies. Young Liberals Conferences

At our biannual Conferences, Young Liberals from across the country join one-another in person and online, to hear from keynote guests (including elected politicians), socialise with other Liberal Democrats and form our Young Liberals Policy.
